Deed Restriction Survey—Final

 

The North Lake Land Owners Association has the right to change the subdivision restrictions in the year 2000 or anytime after that. A majority vote is required from all land owners, not just residents. Please note that currently plotted land and existing homes will not be effected by any change.

 

A brief survey is included with this mailing. Please fill out your opinions and return it.

Rewriting the restrictions will take money for attorney fees, mailings, etc so it is very important that your views be heard.
